How does milk thistle works?

Milk thistle is most commonly known as “St Mary thistle”, “Lady’s thistle” and “Holy thistle”. It is likely to be 10 ft. height having red and purple color flower. This plant belongs to Asteraceae family. When the plant leaves are crushed, there appears a milky white fluid and gets the name milky thistle. Silymarin is a lively compound in milk thistle.   • silydianin or silidianin
